I qualified and began practicing as a Reflexologist in 2003
while studying at the London School Of Reflexology .

Zone Face Lift Therapy, Facial Cupping, Gua Sha Master Healer, Acupressure Facial Therapy, Face Yoga Method, Aroma Reflex Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Core Transformation Therapy, Breath Body, Mind Fundamentals Certificate.  I am also a Mindfulness Coach and Leader. 

I have been a member of Association Of Reflexologists since 2003.

I’ve brought my knowledge and experience together to help women overcome stress, anxiety, fatigue, ill health, hormonal ups and downs to becoming visible, vibrant and valued.

My work has brought me into the ‘age well naturally’ arena.
I have become deeply passionate about helping women recognise and celebrate our inner strength and beauty, focusing on the richness of what we gain rather than what we might leave behind.
