Breathing; It’s Your Energy Life Force

Your breath.  It's the one thing you can count on.

It is your constant. It is your Energy Life Force. Breathing nourishes your body.
It sends red blood cells filled with oxygen to your organs, your skin and it also heals and repairs injury.

How else can breathing help you?

It keeps you alive!

Creates energy
Improves your sleep
Keeps your heart healthy
Calms your nervous system
Improves your digestion
Acts as an anti inflammatory
Reduces the ageing process
Strengthens your immune system
Reduces brain fog and clears your mind
Clears toxins, viruses, parasites and harmful bacteria from your body.

Many of us shallow breathe into our chests. 
This is probably because most of us live sedentary lives.

Movement, exercise and relaxation can allow us to breathe more deeper
into our diaphragm and
abdominal area which leads to nourishing our vital organs, then we feel lighter and brighter and more energised.
